Moses (2006)
(Drama): A homeless man’s dark past is revealed when he’s arrested for a crime he didn’t commit. My independent study project at Fresno State. ‘Best Film’ runner-up at 2nd Annual FFILMM Festival.

Sick Sad Little World (2006)
(Music Vid): An experimental short that delves into the lives of three people, touching on issues involving sex, drugs, murder and suicide. Seen by Incubus and band manager Steve Rennie.

Diet Coke parody commercial (2006)
(Comedy): A parody of the Diet Coke commercial “Loft,” which appeared in movie theaters during Fall 2006. Featured on the front page of CollegeHumor.com as a “National Pick”!

The Encounter (2006)
(Comedy): A college student has a strange encounter with…something…after a late night at the editing room. Made for the DVXUser.com SciFi-Fest.

The Breath of Life (2006)
(Documentary): A brief history of the harmonica in blues music, starring several prominent blues musicians. Won a Bronze Telly Award in 2006.

The Dingle (2005)
(Comedy): It’s the first day of college and Dan Hamlin’s new dorm-mate is a girl. Awesome. Or is it? Won ‘Best Film’ at the 1st Annual FFILMM Festival. Won ‘Best Narrative’ at the 1st Annual Fresno State Film Festival.

Freddy (2005)
(Comedy): A nerdy kid who can see into the future envisions an ice cream falling off its cone, so he goes on a mission to save it. Offends people of all age, sex, and races.

Murder Most Fowl (2005)
(Comedy): A man seeks revenge against a giant chicken that killed his family. Screened at Cinematographique at H Street Studios in Fresno.

SUPERHEROES: Web Series (2004)
(Comedy): Quaylar and Lucas aren’t just two strange, nerdy guys that have weird names any more. Now they’re superheroes…with super powers… who still have weird names and are still kinda strange and nerdy. Viewed over 100,000 times (pre-YouTube), has inspired fan-made trailers, action figures, jack-o-latterns, and angry podcasts.

The Magical Time Traveling Thugtastic Jug (2004)
(Comedy): Wynegar Rodriguez is the worst Cuban drug dealer in his town. But that’ll all change now that he’s found a magical jug that travels through time. Won “Best Comedy Short Film” at the 4th Annual Microcinema Festival in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Nietzsche (2003)(Drama): Two coworkers have a conversation about the philosopher Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche. Won “Best College Film” at the ‘Reel Pride in the Arts Film Competition’, and screened at the 2003 Reel Pride Film Festival in Fresno.

Hamlet (2003)
(Comedy): A modern day parody of William Shakespeare’s immortal story about Hamlet’s struggle to avenge the death of his father, the King of Denmark. Made my senior year of high school at Clovis West. Sweeped the ‘Jeffery Awards’ across 3 class periods.

Infestation (2003)
(Thriller): Joe becomes suspicious after a man in his neighborhood mysteriously disappears and strange noises start coming from his house. Inspired fan-made trailer.

UN Peacekeeping in the Balkans (2003)
(Documentary): Short documentary on the history of the United Nations, focusing on the Balkans. Will soon be used as an instructional video by the United Nations to train Peacekeepers. Placed 3rd in Fresno County History Day.

Advice (2003)
(Comedy): A kid asks his father for some advice on how to make friends at his new school. Hilarity supposedly ensues. Made for multimedia class in high school.

The Last Patrol (2002)
(Drama): A lieutenant-orphaned airborne squad is sent on a routine mission into the forests along the outskirts of Carentan, in midsts of World War II. Accepted by the Burbank International Children’s Film Festival.

BBC Wars (2002)
(Comedy/Educational): Former political analysist Ian Carington is appointed head of BBC News in a mad plot to take over the US media. With the help of the mystery correspondant, BBC News anchor Nigel Cunningham sets out to save the world and reclaim his position at the BBC. Made for AP Government class in high school.

NATO: A Revolutionary Alliance (2002)
(Documentary): A short documentary on the North-Atlantic Treaty Organization and how it represents revolutions, reforms and reactions in history. 1st Place Fresno County History Day, Top 15 California State History Day.

The Quotient of all Anxieties (2002)
(Comedy): A parody trailer for “The Sum of all Fears.”

Macshaft (2001)
(Comedy): Macshaft, a devoted police officer, makes a huge bust and is promoted to Captain. He gets his first taste of real power in the police ranks and becomes hungry for more. Macshaft and his wife plot to kill the head of the police department, Duncan, so that Macshaft will be promoted to the higher status of Chief. Based on Shakespeare’s MacBeth and the motion picture ‘Shaft’. Used to teach teenagers ‘Macbeth’ at a school in Alberta, Canada.
