Production Notes: This was our second film. From
concept to completion the production lasted three months. Most of the time was dedicated to outlining every camera angle, and designing and acquiring costumes and props. Probably should’ve paid more attention to acting. We made this for our 11th grade English class and the story is very, very loosely based on a couple pages from the book “Band of Brothers.”

wow one of the better war films on youtube! great job guys! really could have used a color grade though.
good job. the airborne wouldn’t run and give their position away by throwing random granades. they would lay in ambush and then attack the high priority targets first. also, the guns tat te officers carried was a luger, and shot a 9mm, which is difficult to take a person down with. other than that, great movie.

where do you get the costumes and how expensive are they?
I didn’t learn about a nine mil from a game. I have talked to many ex-military people wo all told me that it took two or more rounds from their M9 nine millimeter pistols to take them down.

@ModernWarSoap You might also realize some of our character names are from BoB. This is a loose adaptation from a couple pages in the book.

To tell you the truth I am tired of US Paratrooper Movies!!!!!!!! I don’t mind Paratroopers but they are always at Carentan. Market Garden will be a good one. But I have had it with CARENTAN!!!!

Bad video quality, uniform problems (American troops didn’t wear white pants =p, and German troops didn’t wear the wet suit things unless it was actually raining lol) but other than that it was really great 5 stars well done.
