Production Notes: This was our second film. From
concept to completion the production lasted three months. Most of the time was dedicated to outlining every camera angle, and designing and acquiring costumes and props. Probably should’ve paid more attention to acting. We made this for our 11th grade English class and the story is very, very loosely based on a couple pages from the book “Band of Brothers.”

yes they were. Japanese and chinese. Look up the 442nd REGIMENTAL COMBAT TEAM and the 100th Infantry Battalion. These were in the European theater.

actually quite a few chinese americans served in the eto on d-day,they also served in the pacific in all branches of the armed forces.There were no restrictions on chinese americans serving in either theater.The most decorated infantry regiment of ww2 was 442nd japanese american nisei which fought the bloody hurtgen forest battle.get you facts straight before u run your jackass mouth!

Marines didn’t have P47’s they were a plane
only contracted for the USAAF. They were used in the pacific.

fairplay with the video, sure they was only 16, haircuts were inaccurate though and the white trousers kinda let it down, u wud prob be safer using mustangs or kittyhawks with the plane but i say well done!

Hey nice video I liked it. I read on youtube that you made this when you were 16 but the years don’t add up and by calculation you were 18 -19 years old. Also if you are serious about making it into the industry I wouldn’t make my own IMDB page, especially for short films. It makes you seem like you are desperate for credits which reflects a lack of experience. You have got a bit of talent why don’t you use it to get some attachments to a real film and use those credits.

Pretty well done for 16 yr olds. However there were lots of inaccuracies and it was full of WWII movie/video game clichés. And taking Liebgott’s name from band of brothers was kind of lame.
