AMF news brief

I’d like to announce that “Nietzsche” won 1st place in the college category at the “REEL Pride in the Arts!” Student Film Festival. We received a check for $500 which will go toward…of course, making more movies! We also received an additional $500 that was donated to the B# Video Club at CSU Fresno. In other news… the FAQ and Tutorials section is now underway with an article on screenwriting. More helpful articles will be made available when I have time to write them. There’s a new poll question: “Would you buy a fully-loaded AMF DVD?” Well would you? We want to know, so rock the vote. Keep visiting the site and message board as we’ve got lots of exciting things happening this summer including a WEB SERIES about two very unlikely superheroes! More details on that later…

“NIETZSCHE” has been named a finalist at the 1st Annual “REEL Pride in the Arts!” Film Festival, and will be screened Saturday, May 15th at the event, from 3pm – 6pm in the UC200 building at Cal State Fresno (UC200 is located directly above Round Table). For the first time ever an AMF movie will be seen in pristine DVD quality. Be there or be square!

It’s time for a new poll! With our latest short film nearing 900 downloads, we just simply must ask the question, “Do you think we should make a sequel to ‘The Jug Movie’?” Well, should we? Vote in the poll and let your voice be heard! Oh yeah, tutorials section coming soon…by the end of the month!
