Gainful employment
So I finally got a job. I’m working at the FOX Studios Los Angeles lot as a production assistant for FOX Sports Network. This is definitely good because its a steady, full time job with benefits and all that good stuff. But it’s bad in that it’s a steady job, 9-6, etc., that doesn’t leave much time for freelancing on films or working on my own projects.
But we’ll see what happens. It’s definitely cool working on the lot.
Bryan, I’m so glad that I follow your feeds! Congratulations on the new job! Dude, you’re working for the big guys now. This will definitely give you some traction down the line. I’m flat-out stoked for you. What did that take; two months? Fantastic!
Hi Bryan-Looks like your move to LA finally paid off. It looks like you are off to a good start with your first job. Hang in there, pay your dues, you will have time to do your freelancing after you gain some work credits and experience. Congratulations!!!
Bryan, congradulations!! Hope you thanked Katie for all her help and support. All of the family have been really pulling for you and we had no doubt that something would break for you.
